Instructions for oral presentations
· Please plan your time according to the following guidelines as these will be strictly followed: For session lectures the time slot is 15 minutes and no more than 5 minutes for discussion. Total 20 minutes time slot.
· Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick (*pptx and *avi encouraged). Save it to a file titled with your last name, day and session (this information will be notified by email before the conference).
· Each presenter is required to upload the presentation at the speaker ready room, at least 1 session before your own session starts. This room will be available throughout the Conference for trial runs of your presentation.
· Our computers are provided only with MS Windows. There will be no Macintosh computer. Please make sure that your presentation can run on Windows.
· Personal laptops cannot be used for the presentations as this causes important delays and to avoid freezing the sesion.
· Session moderators are instructed to rigorously enforce the schedule, i.e. to strictly obey the length of a presentation. We kindly ask you for your understanding and for your cooperation in keeping the schedule on time.
Instructions for poster presentations
· The maximum dimensions for your poster are 75 cm wide x 120 cm high. Please keep in mind this size to avoid overlaping. Two posters must be hanged in each board of 150 cm x 120 cm.
· Poster layout should be in a VERTICAL position.
· Material for mounting posters on the board will be provided by the organizers.
· Posters should be attached by the authors. DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER. We can't print it out
· A Final Reference number will be assigned to your abstract and also the Session where your poster will be displayed. This information will be notified by email before the conference.
· Posters can be mounted from 09:00 on July the 14 and can remain on display until the end of the Conference. All posters remaining should be removed by 15:00 on July 17. Remaining posters after that time will be discarded by the Secretariat of the Conference.
· Authors are encouraged to be present at their posters during the session for which their poster will be scheduled.
